Join Felicia for a beginner-friendly AcroDance course where you’ll learn the basics of acro technique, strength, balance, and smooth transitions. No previous experience is needed, everything will be built safely from the ground up.
The course includes: • Basic acro skills & safe progressions • Strength and mobility work • Simple combinations and flow movement
What to wear: Comfy clothes you can move in. Long sleeves and long pants are recommended. If you have sensitive knees, you may bring knee pads.
Language: English Open to adults
