Vilhonvuorenkatu 11 B, 00500 Helsinki. We are located in the basement level of the building.
The building door code is 1657#. The studio door code will be sent in a separate message.

Arrival Instructions
Doors open 30 minutes before class. We kindly ask that you arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to give everyone time to get settled and receive any important instructions from the instructor.

As much as we’d love to accommodate everyone, the instructor won’t be able to monitor or assist late arrivals once the class has started. Arriving on time helps ensure a safe, smooth, and focused experience for all participants.
