Explore contemporary dance with Miro in this beginner-friendly monthly course. You’ll learn the fundamentals of contemporary technique, musicality, grounding, flow, and expressive movement, all built step by step in a supportive environment.
The course includes: • Contemporary foundations • Movement flow & transitions • Strength, coordination & body awareness • A short choreography built over the weeks
What to wear: Long sleeves and comfy pants are recommended. If you have sensitive knees, you may bring knee pads.
