Reservations can be changed or canceled through your account up to 12 hours prior to the start of the class without a penalty.

If you do not attend a reserved class or make a cancellation within 12 hours of the class date/time, the visit will be considered redeemed on your account and will be ineligible for a refund or credit.

When a reservation is canceled more than 12 hours before the scheduled class, the visit is automatically credited back to your account in our booking system to use toward a future reservation.

If you would prefer to receive a refund for a cancellation of a drop-in visit or unactivated package, please reach out to us through our chat. Refunds are manually processed by our support team and can take up to one business day to be processed.

To cancel your reservation, please see the following steps:

Via the website’s booking page.
Go to your account.
Click on your profile, locate the reservation you wish to cancel, and click Cancel.

Via the app.
Go to classes tab.
Locate the reservation you wish to cancel, and click Cancel.

Cancellations cannot be processed via live chat, email, or social media.

Almost all of our classes are in English.

Wear comfortable workout clothes you can move freely in.
Socks or clean indoor sneakers, depending on the class style.

We don’t have locker rooms at the studio, but we do have changing rooms and a bathroom.

Currently, we accept payments via debit/credit cards, MobilePay,and sports vouchers such as ePassi, Edenred and Smartum.

Go to the MobilePay app and search for “Studio 8” or enter “24643”

Follow the payment steps, and once completed, please send us a message or email so we can manually add your purchase to our system.

Students and unemployed individuals get 10% off.

Email us proof of eligibility (e.g., student ID or unemployment certificate) and we’ll be happy to assist you with the payment process.

To request a refund, please send us an email.

Refunds are processed manually and may take up to one business day to complete.
