Welcome to Ecstatic Dance on Saturday 18.4. at Studio 8. This is a space where you can fully let go and move however your body wants to move.
No steps to follow. No choreography. No judgement.
Just music, movement and the freedom to express different parts of yourself - the wild, the tender, the playful, the sensual... In your own unique way.
What to expect:
A guided opening to help you drop into your body.
A dj set by Dj Laura Ihatsu to take you on a journey - from stillness to fire and back again.
A safe supportive container where all movement is welcome.
There will also be pure ionized water available for all the dancers. To keep you refreshed and hydrated. This water is packed with antioxidants and molecular hydrogen. And it charges your cells with natural energy and deep hydration.
Dress code: something comfortable that makes your soul happy. You come here to express, not to impress.

We use three colors to help you choose the right class for your current energy:
• 🟢 CENTER (Restore & Ground): For days when you are tired or stressed. Focuses on grounding (e.g., Pilates, Yoga).
• 🟣 CREATE (Skill & Expression): For days when you want to learn a new skill. Focuses on expression (e.g., JFlow, Contemporary Dance).
• 🟡 CONNECT (Rhythm & Energy): For days when you want energy and fun. Focuses on enjoyment (e.g., DanceMix, Commercial Dance).
